NEWS Bonus Contact Proof Sheets Included with each order Due to the overwhelming positive response, we are continuing to included with each order contact proof sheets for all scanned images.  You will receive a set of contact proof sheets for your order (max 10 hard copies).  Typically these proof sheets will be grouped per group of slides (carousel, box, etc.).  The images will have the file names for the corresponding scans, thus giving you an easy way to compare/match your scanned images to the original slides. You will receive PDF files of all the contact proof sheets.  Use the Contact Sheet to find images See a scanned image and want to get the original?  You no longer have to hunt and guess which box of slides the original is in.  Just look at the contact sheet, see the box (group) number and image number and then go to the corresponding box.  Typically the slides will be in the same sequence -- at least when sent back to you.  Now that is a much easier way to find the original image! Hard Copies and PDF files The contact proof sheets will be provided to you as hard copies printed on photo paper (max 10 hard copies) and as PDF files on your data disk.  This will allow you to print additional copied when you want to. DVD Slide Shows We provide high quality images that can be used if you wish to create DVD slide shows of your newly scanned images.  You will need a software package that allows you to create DVD Slide Shows.  Be aware that many packages exist on the market.  Many package will reformat the images and reduce  the overall quality of the image.  In addition to seeing the normal quality degradation you will have if viewing on a TV (unless you create a HD Slide Show),  these low end programs will decrease the overall viewing quality.  The sample/demo software in the included bonus software we include with your slide conversions will typically retain the original image quality.  When you create a DVD Slide Show, all you will need to do is insert the DVD in the PC DVD player and the Slide Show will begin automatically display.  On your PC this is only true if you have your PC DVD player to self start when you insert a DVD.  When you insert your DVD slide show in your TV DVD player, the slide show will begin automatically, allowing you to select which chapter you wish to start with. Note:  Image DVD's are data disk and can only be viewed on your PC.  The disk you receive will ONLY work on a PC and not a TV DVD player.  You must create a DVD slide show to display the images on your TV DVD player.
